ASPHALT THERMOREGULATED MIXER

Thermoregulated temperature control mixer is used to mix asphalt concrete for slab or laboratory testing, such as beam samples.

The mixer can maintain a temperature up to 200ºC. the mixer action is by a four rotation blade for efficient system in asphalt testing laboratory. The mixing tank constructed of 9.5mm thickness mild steel plate.

The discharge sliding plate is operated by pneumatic cylinder connected to the air compressor. All the finished mix is collect from the receiver pan fitted with roller coaster for easier move from one place to other location.

The user friendly operation made complete with mixer start/stop button, emergency stop button, a digital display temperature controller with key setting and pneumatic control system An insulated heater element supply complete with temperature strip heater for maintaining time temperature.

Pre-heat compulsory for 1 hour for material mixing. Chamber air temperature minimum of 150°C. All the exterior body of the unit should cover with epoxy powder paint and heat resistance. The unit come with heavy duty roller cater wheel.

                A attached pneumatic extraction system with diameter head 100mm diameter and 150mm diameter provide instant vertical ejection for premix sample preparation. The pneumatic extraction system used for smooth and rapid extrusion of specimen with minimal disturbance.

                A plate Heater inserted into the top of the mixing chamber (through port holes) to maintain mix temperature and prevent mix stick on the paddle and arms.
